Chuck Walsh

September's meeting will feature Chuck Walsh, President of the North Jersey Rail Commuter Association, who will give a slide presentation about Lackawanna's New Jersey Cut-Off -- Past and Present. Chuck has been involved with the preservation and reactivation of the Cut-Off for more than 30 years and will set aside plenty of time after his presentation to answer your questions about the current status of the line and the reasons for the delays in NJ Transit’s rebuilding of the line to Andover. He and his daughter are currently producing a video series about the Cut-Off, available for viewing on YouTube. We'll see some of that at the meeting.
